In early summer 2024, a Tehran-based electronics manufacturer launched a new production initiative that required the import of specialized adapter covers from Shanghai, China. Given the sensitive nature of these components, the client sought a logistics partner capable of handling every detail with precision. That’s when Dideban Tejarat was brought on board to manage the import process from start to finish.
The project was based on EXW (Ex-Works) terms, meaning full responsibility for logistics—from the factory door in Shanghai all the way to customs clearance in Bandar Abbas—rested with Dideban Tejarat. This included sourcing coordination, international shipping, documentation, and final clearance at the Iranian port.
After securing confirmation with the Chinese supplier, our logistics team swiftly moved into action, arranging the detailed shipping schedule. The shipment—650 kg gross and 612 kg net—was carefully prepared and dispatched.
Our logistics experts tracked the cargo at every step, ensuring smooth handling and zero delays. Upon arrival at Shahid Rajaee Port, our customs team quickly initiated clearance procedures. Thanks to proper documentation and our experienced staff, the cargo was cleared efficiently and safely.
Following customs clearance, the cargo was transported to the client’s facility in Tehran.
